What We Look for in a Driver
We’re always on the lookout for new talent. As long as you’re an ambitious professional and have a passion for transportation, we’ll always have a place for you. This said, before driving with us, there are a couple of conditions that need to be met:
- You need to be at least 22 years old.
- You need to have one year of OTR driving experience with a Class A commercial vehicle driver’s license and a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience within the last five (5) years.
- No DWI or DUI listed on MVR in the past three (3) years.
- No more than one “at-fault” accident on MVR within the past three (3) years.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen as established by the U.S. Department of Transportation in 49 CFR Parts 391 and 40.

While drivers are the first thing you think of when talking about transportation, it would be an oversight to forget about our dependable operational staff and diesel techs—who keep things moving efficiently.
We have a variety of standard staff openings available. If you have a degree in logistics, a position like a driver manager or load planner could be perfect for you.
Running Things Smoothly
As part of the team, you’ll help keep things fast and efficient for our drivers in their normal day-to-day operations. That could include looking for any traffic issues and giving a driver a different route, organizing paperwork for freight, establishing connections with our customers, and keeping contact with those on the road.
