Congratulations to John W. for being selected as our July 2025 Driver of the Month!
John has been with P&S since April 2011 and, over his 14 years here, has earned a number of annual safety awards. Throughout his career, John has always maintained a strong focus on safety, and we are exceptionally proud to have him on the P&S team. He was previously named Driver of the Month in January 2020, and since then he has continued to uphold the same high standards.
His Driver Manager, Tina F., shared the following in her nomination:
“Mr. W is 82 years old and still works very hard at his job. He’s been driving trucks for over 60 years and has been with P&S since 2011. He started out pulling freight anywhere it was needed, and in the last two years, he has moved over to step-decks hauling Caterpillar and John Deere equipment. John is always willing to help with anything we need if he is in the area. He always puts safety first and will call me if anything looks wrong with his load or equipment. He is extremely cautious, sometimes even adding extra securement to a load. He is a joy to work with, I honestly wish we had more drivers like John!”
