Orientation
The road to success starts with Orientation.
As one of our new P&S drivers, you’ll attend an orientation that helps you get started on the road to success. We offer training sessions beginning every Monday in Birmingham, Alabama.
Orientation typically lasts through Wednesday, with extra training offered Thursday and Friday. P&S will arrange and pay for your travel, lodging and meals during the orientation. During orientation, you’ll learn about company and safety policies and meet our management team. We will help prepare you to thrive at P&S, both professionally and financially, throughout your career.

“First company ever to ask my views – I like being part of the solution.”Gil F. with P&S since 2010
“Working with my DM is pretty good. The only one I’ve had since I’ve been here more than 5 years there’s trust and consistency. Even though I do have a pair of socks that I know is older than he is he’s alright in my book.”P&S Driver With P&S since 2017, submitted 2022
“My driver manager and I get along very well to me. She is the best when I need to be home or just take off a few days, she takes care of it. We understand and respect each other. Again to me she is the best. For example when I tell her that I need to be home for my doctor appointment she does not question me; she works to get me there. She knows that I will always be honest with her if I need to take off she makes it happen. I can go on and on. I understand this business and it does not always go the way I think it should. That being said give her a raise for putting up with me.”P&S Driver submitted 2022
