Otis K. on our Action Dedicated account has been selected as the P&S Dedicated February Driver of the Month!
Otis has been a member of the Dedicated team since September 2025, when he transferred from a sister company within PSL. Since joining the team, Otis has shown an outstanding attitude and consistently goes the extra mile. His internal log audits are routinely excellent, and he continues to set a strong example for those around him.
His Driver Manager, Caleb, shared the following when nominating Otis: “Otis is always at least 20 minutes early for work. As soon as he walks in, he asks his leadership if there is anything that needs to be done. He is always willing to take on any task needed to help ensure the night shift runs smoothly. This past month, he has called or texted every week on his days off to make sure we had enough coverage for the shift. A few times we didn’t, and he volunteered to come in and run any route that was available.”
