We are proud to congratulate Vance D. on being named P&S Transportation’s August 2026 Driver of the Month!
Vance has been part of the P&S family since February 2010, bringing more than 16 years of hard work, experience, and dedication to our team. Based out of our Wichita Falls terminal, Vance works with Driver Manager Robert H. and has built an impressive record of safety and service throughout his career. After reaching 15 years with P&S and one million safe driving miles, Vance earned the title of P&S Legend in 2025.
Robert shared this when nominating him: “Vance has been with the company for over 16 years and unfortunately had to leave back in December 2025 after a cancer diagnosis. Due to the grace and blessing of God, he beat cancer and came back in June of this year. Since his return, he has been instrumental in helping us with on-time deliveries and pickups, utilizing his vast experience with driving, securing, and safety. He has one of the top driver revenues in the Wichita Falls terminal. I wish we had a hundred drivers just like him.”
After everything Vance has accomplished both on and off the road, we are especially proud to celebrate this achievement with him. Congratulations, Vance, and thank you for everything you bring to P&S!!
