Takiyah W. has been selected as P&S Transportation’s December 2025 Dedicated Division Driver of the Month.
Since joining the Dedicated Division in March 2025, Takiyah has made an immediate and lasting impact at her customer site. Drawing from her previous experience with the Birmingham, Alabama Police Department, she brings heightened awareness, discipline, and professionalism to every mile she drives.
Takiyah has also maintained a perfect roadside inspection record, with zero violations to date. Her operations team praised her for the standard she sets each day: “Takiyah approaches every assignment with a positive attitude and an unshakable work ethic. She consistently steps up, takes on additional responsibilities, and supports her team without hesitation. She leads by example and continues to strengthen the operation.”
