Danny G. has been selected as P&S Transportation’s July 2020 Flatbed Driver of the Month!
Danny is a veteran of the US Navy and has been with P&S since July of 2019, and has done an outstanding job driving with us! Danny has participated in our Simulator training, where he completed the Summertime Hazards Scenario. Danny also regularly receives clean internal log audits for his hours of service.
Danny’s driver manager, Bri Hollars, had this to say about Danny: “I have a regional guy out of the Moline, IL terminal, Danny G., who no matter what is needed, will take care of it. Danny typically delivers a load then reloads and comes back to the yard, so either after he gets back or before he heads out, he’s always willing to help. Danny presents himself, his attitude, work ethic, and equipment in the best light, and represents P&S spectacularly. Typically he receives special treatment from the shippers and receivers because he is always nice and incredibly professional; for example, being pulled out of line for loading and unloading, and they also give him lots of gifts. Safety is the number one priority for him and it shows!”
Here are a few of the things Danny can be found helping out with at the Moline terminal: Taking trucks to a dealership or bringing them back to the yard; preparing trucks to be reseated; shuttling trailers to and from the maintenance shops and helping with local deliveries after his normal loads are done. Danny is also known to help drivers over the road whenever they need it as well. Please help us congratulate Danny on being awarded with July 2020 Flatbed Driver of the Month!
