James W. has been selected as P&S Transportation’s March 2020 Flatbed Driver of the Month!
James has been a valued driver at P&S Transportation since November 2014. James regularly participates in safety training and has completed Smith System training with us, simulator training, and Drive for Gold training as well. The last four roadside inspections James received for us included two Level 2 inspections and two Level 3 inspections, none of which had any violations whatsoever! We have also seen James move to the Lease Purchase program, where he has been successful as a Lease Purchase driver since 2015. And last November, James was awarded a 4-year safety award. These awards are earned when drivers go consecutive years without an accident, injury or cargo claim.
James’s driver manager, Tammy London, had this to say about him: “I would like to nominate James W. for Flatbed Driver of the Month. James has been with me going on 6 years and I cant remember a time where I had to make sure he was on time. The last couple months I have had customers actually call and request him and if he was in a different state or lane they would ask when we could route him their way. James is a great mentor to many of my new drivers. If they have an issue on the road that I can’t help them with, or if I see they are struggling with something, I can always give them James’ number and he will help them. James delivers GREAT all the time.”
