Conway W. has been selected as P&S Transportation’s November 2023 Driver of the Month! Conway has been with P&S since March of this year and he runs short runs out of Sperry, IA. Conway has a great attitude and he is always ready, willing and able to help out with anything his office team needs of him.
Conway’s driver manager Traci nominated him for the honor, saying, “Conway was hired to be our backup driver for the rail loads out of USG in Sperry, IA. He runs shorter daily loads so he can jump in whenever I need him. He’s willing to do anything we ask of him, whether it’s shuttle trailers, restack dunnage on our yard, roll and stack bad tarps to be moved, recover trucks and trailers from shops, etc. There is nothing I have asked him to do that he hasn’t done for me. He’s always happy to do it and he has a great attitude and work ethic, and it shows. He is by far one of the best drivers that I work with.”
