Congratulations to Nicholas G., our September Driver of the Month!
Nicholas joined P&S in September 2024 and quickly stood out for his work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to help others. Named our 2025 Rookie of the Year, he has continued to grow and build on that success.
After completing our six-week trainee program and Smith System training, Nicholas became a Trainer to help other drivers get their start. He has also earned two years of safe driving awards.
His Driver Manager, Julian, shared: “Nick is hard working, dedicated and punctual. He goes above and beyond to get things done the right way, making safety a top priority. When things get tough, he rolls with the punches and comes out a winner. He decided to become a Trainer so he can share his knowledge and help others, because that’s just who he is: a kind, compassionate person always looking out for others. That’s why he’s not only the current Rookie of the Year, but he’s deserving of being Driver of the Month.”
