Congratulations to Sylvester Strachan for receiving the P&S Transportation Flatbed Driver of the Month Award for March 2017. Sylvester was nominated by his driver manager and terminal manager. His nomination included some of his recent accomplishments which include a 5-year safety award, a DriveCam Positive Recognition for avoiding an accident by utilizing Smith System principles, his willingness to go above and beyond to help fellow drivers and his great attitude and smile.
Sylvester has been employed at P&S Transportation since February 2012. During his employment he has demonstrated professionalism in many areas. This includes how he interacts with customers and co-workers, his on-time deliveries and involvement in safety training. Sylvester is continually looking for ways to better himself and takes advantage of all safety training. He has participated in Smith System training, simulator training and is up to date on Drive for Gold training.
