Wayne began his driving career in 1999 after being taught by his uncle, and since then has built a career defined by hard work, experience, and a strong commitment to safety. He joined P&S in 2006 and now runs out of our Birmingham terminal, where he works with Driver Manager Becky S.
Throughout his career, safety has remained a top priority for Wayne. He has earned eight consecutive annual safety awards, and reaching one million safe driving miles is a true reflection of the consistency and care he brings to the road every day. Along the way, he has also paid off two trucks and is currently working toward paying off his third, showing the same level of dedication in every aspect of his work.
Outside of trucking, Wayne has been married to his wife, Sharlonda, for 25 years, and together they have three children, Cambrel, Quonesha, and Wayne Jr.
