Congratulations to James A., our May 2026 Driver of the Month!
James has been a valued member of the P&S team since July 2025 and was also part of the P&S family prior to that. Today, he serves as one of our trainers, where he plays a key role in developing the next generation of drivers.
When nominating James, Driver Manager Jay M. shared: “James has demonstrated outstanding performance and continued dedication to excellence. As a trainer, James consistently sets the standard for both productivity and professionalism. James plays a critical role in developing and mentoring new drivers. He leads by example, demonstrating best practices on the road and instilling the values of safety, accountability, and reliability in those he trains. His willingness to share knowledge and support others directly contributes to the overall success of the fleet.”
James’ impact extends far beyond his own performance. Through his leadership, mentorship, and dedication to helping others succeed, he strengthens our entire operation and helps uphold the high standards that define P&S.
