Paul B. joined P&S Transportation in September 2021, just as P&S began a dedicated operation in Richmond, VA. Paul was at the account prior to coming on board with P&S. He quickly learned the way P&S operates, and using his experience at the facility, Paul helped tremendously in training drivers who were new to the account. He is always willing to communicate and help other drivers with any paperwork, directions, customer or product questions they may have. He frequently inspects the equipment and helps by making minor repairs to keep the equipment in operational condition. He has not had any incomplete or missing logs, incomplete or missing paperwork, accidents, incidents, injuries or missed deliveries this year. He is appreciated by the account.
Carly Harding, our Operations Supervisor, recently said, “From the first day that I met Paul 5 years ago he has set an example on treating others with kindness and offering a helping hand. Within just this last year, he has stepped up to help me and my guys have a smooth workday every day. Paul will always ask us if there is anything he can do for us before he leaves each day. He provides important feedback to me and the other operators to ensure we are loading our trucks in a safe manner each day.”
